Imports to Norway
VOEC (VAT on E-commerce)
VOEC can be declared on the following services when sent to Norway from abroad:
- PickUp Parcel (0340)
- PickUp Parcel Bulk (0342)
- Home Delivery Parcel (0349)
- Home mailbox parcel (3584)
- Bring Pack (0360)
- Parcel Locker (0344)
A VOEC setup with Bring is required before using this functionality. VOEC is supported only when Bring is responsible for the cross-border transport to Norway. A shipment list must be generated based on the transmitted VOEC data. For questions regarding the shipment list, please contact edi@bring.com. See an example shipment list here.
The voec element of customsInformation can be used to provide a VOEC number for imports to Norway. This is only
supported when natureOfCargo is of type SALE_OF_GOODS.
When grouping shipments, a consolidatedShipmentId must be provided. The only exception is for service Bring Pack (0360).
For VOEC shipments transported in bulk with Bring, the consolidatedShipmentId should contain the CMR number for the transport.
See a booking request example here and more info about VOEC here.
Currently, the only way to pass customs data for shipments to Norway, is by using VOEC.
