Agreed delivery entails that we against a surcharge agree on time of delivery with the recipient in advance. This additional service must always be booked if the recipient stays at a private or unattended address. Otherwise optionally available. This value adding service is ordered when the recipient is located at a private or unattended address, or when it is desirable to arrange the delivery date directly with the recipient. The recipient selects a preferred delivery date via the tracking interface. If none of the suggested dates are suitable, the recipient may contact Posten Bring to arrange an alternative delivery date. In addition to the scheduling, Bring’s driver will call the recipient prior to delivery. If the recipient is unavailable on the agreed date and has not selected the additional service unattended delivery, the delivery will be registered as a failed attempt.

To send dangerous goods we need to know what type of goods you are sending. You can search for either ADR number or type of goods for example "nitro". After finishing the order, print one label and waybill in four copies. Pin together the waybills and attach them and the label on the goods. If you wish to send goods in categories that you cannot find on our pages, such as explosives or radioactive substances, call Customer Service (Bookings) on 04045 for assistance.

The shipment is delivered to a designated location inside the recipient's door. The maximum weight per package carried in (package or pallet that is split up) is 35kg. In order for the delivery to be carried out, free and unobstructed access to the specified location is required, and for deliveries more than four (4) floors up, an elevator must be available. The customer is responsible for protecting delicate flooring prior to delivery. If the conditions are not met, delivery will be performed without carrying indoors. Any further delivery attempts (in case of unsuccessful delivery on the first attempt) will be carried out without carrying indoors.

A third party (the customer's customer) is notified by text message, email or tracking app that the consignment is on the way/available for pickup/being delivered. The first item in a consignment triggers the notification. If the consignment is a split delivery and all of the items cannot be delivered within 24 hours of each other, a new notification will be sent when the remaining packages are delivered. A tracking link accompanies the notification.

Label free provides the ability to send parcels without a label, and is useful for senders who do not have access to a printer. A unique code in the format BRING-1234-5678 is sent to the sender by e-mail after the booking is completed. This code, as well as the recipient's name and address, is written on the parcel before it is handed in. A supplement QR-code is also requested along with the label free code. This QR-code can be scanned by the staff to print a label which is attached to the parcel.

Limited quantities enables transportation of parcels containing dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ). It is the sender`s responsibility to follow current regulations at all times.

When shipping from Finland to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland or Åland, or from any country to Finland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland or Åland, the shipment will be transported by boat. In such cases the gross weight of Limited quantities must be provided. The document Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form must also be completed correctly and sent to Bring’s booking department before transportation begins
